Laura has her Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy and has recently started her work in a PhD program studying Applied Behavioral Neuroscience. Laura is interested in studying the impact of water therapy on the vagal tone as a way of reconceptualizing PTSD treatment and our understanding of suicidal ideation. Laura is also a hybrid coach, specializing in in water confidence and strength training. In Laura’s free time, she spends her time painting, taking the dogs to dog beach, skiing, surfing and diving.
